As a key part of our Vocation Village, the Dairy Hub is designed for those who are passionate about agriculture and want to gain real-life experience in managing and understanding the various skills required to work in the dairy industry, as well as related farming and agricultural employment.

Our programme covers all aspects of dairy farming, including:
 
Herd Management: Students learn the essentials of caring for a dairy herd, understanding animal health and nutrition, breeding, and milking routines.
 
Milking Technology and Techniques: We introduce the latest in milking technology and traditional milking techniques, offering a comprehensive view of the milking process.
 
Dairy Product Production: The curriculum extends beyond milking, introducing students to the elements of producing dairy products like cheese, butter, and yogurt.
 
Sustainable Farm Practices: Emphasising sustainability, we educate students on eco-friendly farming practices, animal welfare, and resource management.
