Herd Management: Students learn the essentials of caring for a dairy herd, understanding animal health and nutrition, breeding, and milking routines. Milking Technology and Techniques: We introduce the latest in milking technology and traditional milking techniques, offering a comprehensive view of the milking process. Livestock Husbandry: We have a pet farmyard with goats, alpacas, donkeys, sheep, and chickens, giving students the opportunity to broaden their livestock husbandry experience beyond the dairy herd. Sustainable Farm Practices: Emphasising sustainability, we educate students on eco-friendly farming practices, animal welfare, and resource management.
